The Bushtracks legacy started on November 12th, 1988, when the Tett family founded Bushtracks Expeditions, sharing six generations of knowledge and experience of wild Africa.
Since day one, Bushtracks has taken great care in preparing travelers and tailoring personalized safaris with a focus on fantastic game viewing and conservation.
This single focus has been rewarded with the loyalty of many past travelers returning to Africa again and again, and by long standing partnerships with institutions like National Geographic Expeditions, African Wildlife Foundation (AWF), Smithsonian Journeys, and Stanford Alumni Travel/Study.
To thank our travelers for their dedication, Bushtracks created the Livingstone Club so members can enjoy rewards on future safaris. Just as we consistently optimize our Safaris, we are constantly improving benefits to Livingstone Club Members. With that, we are proud to announce additional membership benefits, including our new Livingstone Club Referral Program, as well as benefits from our expanded partnership with AWF as their exclusive safari outfitter.
This year marked many new beginnings for Bushtracks Expeditions, including an innovative partnership with AWF and a commitment to donate 1% of all of our safari sales to support the conservation of Africa’s wildlife, wild lands, and their communities.
We want Africa to thrive, and for the world to see the value in preserving African wild lands, protecting its extraordinary animals, and supporting the African communities that live with wildlife and help them thrive.
As we approach another anniversary, we are reflecting on what a rewarding journey this has been so far, the wonderful travelers we have met along the way, and the sheer joy we have shared with those who have experienced Africa with us.
Thank you for your continued faith in us and letting Bushtracks be a part of the experiences and lifelong memories you have created, and continue to create, in the wonder that is Africa.
Keep an eye out for a new Bushtracks Expeditions website launch next month and many new customization features within our re-engineered Custom Safari Builder. Your safari options are as bountiful as the variety of species you’ll see – and don’t forget to bring your camera!
