MULTI-GENERATIONAL SAFARI
"Our youngest, Emily is almost 7. And mom and dad are in their late 70's. And the rest of us fall somewhere in between - and I can tell you we ALL just had the best time! It's tricky to have a plan that appeals to everyone. The thought of our daily adventure was so exciting, that no one minded the early morning wake-ups - not even the teenagers! They were often the first ones on the jeep - as they couldn't wait to start the drive each day."

FAMILY SAFARI
"My father-in-law had always wanted to go to Africa, and invited us all to go with him to celebrate his 80th birthday. We went with no expectations, and the trip was beyond anything we could have imagined. In each camp we were exhilarated to be so unbelievably close to animals. Our guides really turned the safari into an educational experience for the girls with in-depth discussions on not just the wildlife, but also history, culture, and the relationship between tourism and the environment. It was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime trip – but we hope to return."

ACTIVE SAFARI
"This was our fourth trip to Africa, and by far the best. We keep going back because we love the whole experience: the people, the wildlife, their behavior, the environment, the accommodations, the music, everything. We chose Bushtracks for this custom adventure with two goals: to see the migration and to see the gorillas. Experiencing the migration was like witnessing a miracle in process. Could it get any better? Yes - the gorilla treks were the most exhausting thing we've ever done, but worth every exhilarating ache. Amazing!"

PHOTOGRAPHIC SAFARI
"This was our first Africa visit; we'd thought about it for years and then in my husband's semi-retirement we thought that if we didn't do it NOW it would never happen. We arranged to travel with my husband's brother and wife. The photographic opportunities were myriad and truly stupendous. We were up and out in the Land Cruiser before sunrise each day to catch photos of wildebeests and, one morning, elephants, silhouetted with acacias on a ridge line as the sun rose. We ended our days with late-night nibbles with a choice of "one more for the road" and new friends from across the English-speaking world."

CELEBRATION SAFARI
"I was sooooo surprised by the birthday surprises! from the 'elephant dung' cake at Mashatu, where we belly laughed for so long, to the elephant surprise 'bush brunch' at Vumbura Plains, where my eyes were somehow a little teary because it was so beautiful and the staff so excited."

PRIVATE JET TRAVELER ON LIONS, TIGERS, & TRADEWINDS 2019
"Lions, Tigers & Tradewinds by Private Jet was a great trip. I’ve traveled extensively and been on private jet trips. This was the best I have ever had. It was great group of travelers who coalesced together as well as with David, Carol and Vivienne, our Bushtracks staff."
Over 60% of our Guests are Repeat Travelers or Referred by Friends and Family
For over 25 years we have passionately presented the idea of traveling to Africa, and described our safaris in a thousand ways. We know, without a doubt, it is a priceless experience because we were born and raised there. But Africa’s magic is hard to convey, particularly to those who have never been. So, we turned to some of our travelers to see how they feel about their luxury African safari travel experiences, and why they decided to go. At the end of the day our travelers are most qualified to describe the African safari experience, and they certainly say it best.
