Devil's Pool at Victoria Falls Opens Soon
There are some very good reasons to visit Victoria Falls outside of the peak travel months of June and July. One of these is Devil’s Pool.
For a narrow window of time each year you can experience the falls in a most remarkable way: by sitting in a natural pool above the falls called Devil’s Pool. Each year the specific availability dates for this special activity are determined by watching the water level of the Zambezi River until it is deemed low enough for safe swimming. Generally, this period occurs sometime between late August and early January.

Devil’s Pool Opening August 10
And we’re pleased to report it’s coming up to that time of the year again! The opening of Devils Pool, Zambia, is just around the corner, on August 10. It is one of those experiences that should definitely be top of the list for all those visiting the majestic Victoria Falls. After all, who can pass up an opportunity to enjoy the “world’s ultimate infinity pool”!

An Experience You Will Never Forget
The Devil’s Pool takes living on the edge to a whole new level. Accompanied by your guide, you’ll peer over the side of the massive wall of water as you swim on the rim of the over-300-foot drop. It is an experience you will never forget. The trip includes a tour that takes you back in time to the history of the area, as well as its present World Heritage status.
