Katavi National Park

One of the Biggest and Richest Wildlife Areas in Tanzania

Two thousand square miles of wilderness; Katavi belongs to the birds and the beasts. Watery grasslands and miombo woodlands support vast numbers of animals, with claims of having the highest population of hippos and crocs, and largest herds of buffaloes in Africa. Plenty of lion, leopard and hyena food! It holds great appeal for the true safari adventurer.
