The Bushtracks Traveler Trust Account – Protecting Your Payments
When you make any payments to Bushtracks for a trip, your funds are maintained in a separate Traveler Trust Account managed by First Republic Bank. This means we can refund you at any time per your request and upon the agreed booking terms and conditions.

Bushtracks is also a California registered company, which means we are required under the California Seller of Travel Law (CST) to maintain a separate Traveler Trust Account. California Seller of Travel # 2022311-40
Emergency Insurance Included
Bushtracks Expeditions automatically covers you for International Medical Evacuation Insurance ($60,000) and Accident/Sickness Medical ($20,000 per incident) for travel with us. Should you experience medical problems, from minor illness to major emergencies, this insurance will pay, subject to policy terms and limits, your foreign medical and hospital expenses as well as your emergency medical evacuation and transport expenses. Pre-existing medical conditions are not covered by the Bushtracks policy.
