Arrive in Maun, Botswana and fly by light aircraft to your camp in the Okavango Delta. Activities include day and night jeep safaris, nature walks and spectacular birdwatching. There is also the opportunity to "sleep out" under the stars in full comfort and safety. With the diversity of wildlife, birds and habitats which only the Okavango Delta can offer, this area is a breathtaking mosaic of open floodplains, waterways, marshlands, dry acacia and mopane woodland, riverine forest and open grasslands. There is an abundance of wildlife to be seen, including elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, cheetah, giraffe, zebra, tsessebe, impala and, occasionally, wild dogs. Night drives also provide opportunities for guests to see nocturnal mammals such as civet, serval, genet, porcupine and aardwolf.
Today, fly by scheduled charter to Kasane, Botswana. Transfer by road and boat to Livingstone, Zambia and the Victoria Falls. Various adventure activities available at an additional cost include helicopter flights over Victoria Falls, white-water rafting, gorge swing, canoeing on the Zambezi River and much more. Guided walks to Victoria Falls are recommended.
On Day 5, fly by commercial air to Johannesburg, South Africa. Transfer to a private charter aircraft and fly on to Mala Mala Game Reserve, a private reserve next to the Kruger National Park. Day and evening jeep safaris give you the chance to see the wildlife of the Kruger including Africas legendary Big Five; lion, leopard, buffalo, rhinoceros and elephant.
