Single Accommodations: Single accommodations are limited and cannot be guaranteed throughout each trip. If a share is requested and a roommate cannot be assigned by final payment, the single supplement fee will be charged.

International Airfare: We will be happy to assist you in making your air arrangements. Itineraries and prices will be supplied upon request.

Physical Requirements: You must be in good health and prepared for travel in places without medical facilities, be mobile, and able to climb into and out of private aircraft and safari vehicles. You should be capable of walking moderate distances at an easy pace and over rough terrain, and be able to withstand hard riding four-wheel-drive vehicles on dirt roads or rough, bumpy ground.

While India has a somewhat mild climate, weather can get hot and cold with average temperatures ranging between 60 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. In general, you will most enjoy the opportunities these expeditions have to offer if you are willing to dispense with a few Western amenities and travel with flexibility and a spirit of adventure.

Luggage Requirements: Your private airliners' specifications and safety measures require that each passenger carry one piece of soft-sided luggage not to exceed 25 lbs., and one carry-on not to exceed 15 lbs. To facilitate traveling light and efficiently, laundry services are available at key stops.

Private Air Schedule and Airliner: The flight schedule may include unscheduled stops due to the lack of infrastructure in parts of India, as well as other factors such as weather or fuel availability beyond the crew's control. The flight schedule can change at any time should security or other issues arise, and we urge travelers to remain flexible in the face of such possibilities. The type, model, and registration of the aircraft used on each trip can also change.

Cost Includes: All private air in India; all accommodations, safari activities, tours, and transfers as indicated in the itinerary; all meals; all entrance fees; services of a Bushtracks expedition leader; professional naturalists in each safari camp and lodge, and local tour guides; all gratuities; airport departure taxes in India; porterage of one soft-sided checked bag weighing no more than 25lbs.; International Travel Insurance Medical Plan including medical evacuation insurance; trip bag and amenity kit.

Cost Does Not Include: International airfare; personal expenses such as mini bar and room service charges; souvenirs and telephone/fax charges; drinks; laundry; excess baggage fees; travel and personal insurance; passport, visa, and inoculation fees; extra tours, meals and activities not indicated in the itinerary; porterage of carry-on luggage weighing no more than 15 lbs.

Deposit and Final Payment: A 20% deposit per person, is due upon confirming your reservation. Final payment is due 14 weeks before departure, upon receipt of invoice, and is payable by check or credit card.

Insurance: Purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended and information will be sent to registrants. Exclusions for pre-existing medical conditions may be waived with the prompt purchase of travel insurance.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be received in writing at Bushtracks Expeditions. At the time we receive your written cancellation, by mail or by fax to 707-433- 0258, the following per person penalties will apply:

• More than 6 months: Forfeit $300
• 6 months - 14 weeks: Forfeit deposit
• 14 weeks - 12 weeks: Forfeit 30% of tour cost
• 12 weeks - 8 weeks: Forfeit 50% of tour cost
• 8 weeks - 4 weeks: Forfeit 75% of tour cost
• 4 weeks - departure: Forfeit 100% of tour cost

Cancellations could cost you as much as 100% of the tour price. Bushtracks will not cancel a tour or other travel arrangements after the client has paid in full unless it becomes necessary to do so as a result of hostilities, war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist unrest, active or threatened, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions or for reasons of group comfort or safety, if a group tour does not have enough participants to make it economically viable, or because of any other adverse happening beyond the control of Bushtracks, (at the absolute discretion of Bushtracks). Bushtracks reserves the right to alter a tour itinerary if it or the local ground handler or safari operator believes such is necessary or advisable for reasons of convenience, comfort, or safety.

Bushtracks also reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time if such action is determined by the appropriate staff member to be in the best interest of the health, safety and overall welfare of the tour group or of the individual participant.

Baggage and personal effects are at the owner's risk throughout the tour.

Dates, schedules, program details and costs, given in good faith, and based on information available and in force in October 2006, are subject to change and revision.
