      Ivory Lodge

      Land of Teak and Tusks

Ivory Lodge is located in the forested area on the outskirts of Hwange National Park. Covering just over 9,072 square miles, Hwange is home to 105 mammal species, including all of Zimbabwe’s protected animals. The grasslands and mopane woods are home to lions, African wild dogs and one of the world’s largest elephant populations. The lodge is comprised of a thatched dining and lounge area overlooking a guest swimming pool and a watering hole which is frequented by elephants, predators and a number of plains game species. The rooms are elegantly built on stilted wooden platforms offering elevated views of the open floodplain and watering hole. Explore the landscape’s varied habitats on game drives, guided game walks, and up-close animal viewing from a secluded hide.
