Travel in comfort as you explore miles of pristine savanna woodland that is home to one of the greatest concentrations of big game in the world.
Each day you are in the bush, you will experience up-close game viewing and a variety of activities in small groups led by naturalist guides. Take day drives in open four-wheel-drive safari vehicles, search for nocturnal animals on night drives, see bathing elephants on river excursions. Canoe the Zambezi river, and savor exciting foot safaris, before returning each evening to luxurious and intimate safari camps. You will travel aboard rugged aircraft suited to bush flying, and its high wings make it ideal for flight-seeing.
Sometimes the very best moments of a trip come in the quiet of an early morning walk. These are traditions at Bushtracks. Alert to every sight and sound, we set out with naturalists, giving you the opportunity to experience Africa in a rare and personal way.

For two days, explore this wildlife-rich area in open four-wheel-drive vehicles. We'll stay alert to spot buffaloes, elephants, lions, leopards, zebras, cheetahs, and herds of giraffes. Evening boat trips will open your eyes to the lagoons of the Okavango and red sunsets. After each day of game viewing, we'll compare notes and trade stories over ice-cold sundowners, dinner, and coffee around the campfire.

Day 6
Chobe National Park, Botswana
After a morning of game viewing, fly by private air to Botswana's most northerly town, Kasane, then take a short game drive along the Chobe river before checking into your lodge overlooking the river. Days 7 - 9
Lower Zambezi National Park, Zambia
Board your bush planes and fly into Zambia and the remote Lower Zambezi National Park. Here the powerful Zambezi river forms an expansive floodplain dotted with islands and lagoons - home to great concentrations of big game, particularly elephants, buffaloes, leopards, lions, and wild dogs. The river is also full of huge crocs and pods of hippo, and a myriad of colorful birds such as carmine bee eaters.
Again excursions are active and include walking safaris, game drives, and night drives, and your luxurious tented camp offers beautiful river scenes, and dramatic views of rugged escarpments to the north.

Fly over Lake Kariba and the gorges and rapids of the middle Zambezi, ending with the river's crown jewel - the mile wide Victoria Falls. Circling the falls offers superb photographic opportunities, before landing at Livingstone. This evening take a short sunset walk along trails through the rain forest of the Falls, and tomorrow you can choose from a variety of activities - kayaking on the Upper Zambezi, visit a local village or the Livingstone Museum, or the colorful Maramba market.

Large suites give guests a chance to unwind, surrounded by the splendors of nature and pampered by all the comforts of home. Each suite has its own secluded balcony from which to admire the Indian Ocean, and winding pathways guide you through milkwood forests from the privacy of your suite to the main lodge. Drawing inspiration from the abundance of nature around them, their chefs also conjure up magical combinations - fish caught on that day and fresh homegrown vegetables, all enhanced with fresh flavors from the lodge's flourishing herb garden.
Explore this pristine coastline on foot or by four-wheel drive vehicle. You can also take a horse ride, lend a hand in the vegetable garden, or simply spend an afternoon exploring tidal rock pools and coastal caves, and lazing on a private swimming beach while enjoying a freshly packed picnic.
