"If you are dreaming of the beauty of wild Africa, it's still there in the well-protected and less-visited parks and private reserves we want to share with you in Botswana and hidden Zambia."
Since 1995, Rikki has traveled widely with Lindblad Expeditions, becoming a member of the Photo Expedition team in 2001. She now leads Photo Expedition voyages and safaris along with her husband Jack. Two-thousand-eight will be their third year leading photo Safari's in Africa. A former graphic designer, avid traveller, and photographer, she uses her expertise in digital photography to provide digital camera instruction and photo imaging techniques for all skill levels.
"In these special places where the animals far outnumber the few visitors, you'll be mesmerized by the sights and sounds of Africa's most dramatic big game, and you'll have photo opportunities that'll knock your socks off."
A professional photographer, expedition guide, and wildlife biologist for over 25 years, Jack has worked with Lindblad Expeditions since 1988. His background in natural history, photography, and years of expedition travel experience have made him a mentor in the Photo Expedition program, helping others to capture great images from the world's wild places. His photographic images have appeared in publications worldwide, and he has co-authored a photo book on Baja California and a guide to killer whales in Alaska.
